In an overall record year of 707 submissions, the selection committee of Be there! Corfu Animation Festival selected 53 films for its animated shorts section, 32 student films, and 5 feature animated films.

Apart from the 90 films, 23 animated films will be screened in the out-of-competition, Panorama section.

According to the artistic director of the festival, Vassilis Kroustallis, "our selected films this year are not only exquisite overall, but also reflect daringly (and with much satire) facts and situations consistent with our 2015 festival theme, The Many Faces of Europe"
